Head of Aon (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia)
Andrew is the Head of Aon for Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia and has 33+ years within the insurance industry, with almost 12 of those being with Aon. In his time as a risk & insurance advisor and solution provider, Andrew has been both a broker and an insurer and his experience includes holding senior management and C-suite positions in South Africa, Thailand, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Vietnam and Singapore.
He serves as an active Council member of the Singapore Insurance Brokers Association (SIBA) and is also a member of the Management Committee for the Singapore Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), a post he has held for the last 5 years.
Andrew believes strongly in building talent and in continuous learning and in the past couple of years has completed programs with the MIT Sloan Management School in Data & Analytics and in Machine Learning, areas that we all know are central to client needs now and in the future.
