Division Leader (South Asia & Emerging Markets) & Country Leader, WTW (Singapore)
Oi San is the Divisional Leader for South Asia and Emerging Markets and the Country Leader for the WTW Singapore office.
Oi San has over 25 years of diverse experience in insurance consulting and business experience overing the Asia Pacific region, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand and Philippines.
She is a leader in the insurance consulting space, in addition to serving on numerous actuarial committees and insurance education boards. Oi San was on the Council of the Singapore Actuarial Society from 2012 – 2016, serving as the President of the Singapore Actuarial Society for two of the six years. She was formerly the Chairperson of the ASEAN Actuarial Talent Development Working Party and was an Academic Board Member of the Singapore College of Insurance.
Oi San has been working with the Singapore governments over many years in the capacity of a consultant or as a volunteer. She was on the ElderShield Review Committee member which was tasked by the Ministry of Health to review Singapore's national disability scheme.
