Xing has 16-year experiences in Actuarial, Risk Management, Financing, Data & Innovation in Insurance and Reinsurance in Asia, Australia and the UK. Before joining GAIP, Xing headed a regional innovation hub at AXA, partnering with the Asia technology ecosystem to breed novel insurance solutions to address emerging risks as well as revamp the insurance value chain. She also held various roles in global insurers, reinsurers and consulting firms covering market entry, mergers & acquisitions, distribution and digital transformation in Australia and the UK. She is advising start-ups and ventures in FinTech, InsurTech, HealthTech, the ClimateTech on navigating the intersection of Finance and Technology.
Xing holds an M.B.A from London Business School and a BA in Actuarial Science from University of Melbourne.
